Michael Marley

Mike is a Crawford County resident and Saegertown High School graduate. He graduated from Penn State University's main campus with a BFA from the College of Arts and Architecture.

He completed graduate courses in fine arts, education, and design from Edinboro University, East Stroudsburg, Gannon University, and Indiana Wesleyan University. He is a retired art teacher and current teaching staff member of Creating Landscapes Learning Center's Arts Enrichment Program, facilitated by Allegheny College in Meadville, PA. He is a former design and carpentry volunteer for Common Roots Affordable Housing and a part-time set design and construction volunteer for the Academy Theatre.

Among his art endeavors as a four-year-old was a two-year series of pencil drawings over the wallpaper of his 1870s Victorian home in Saegertown.

Subsequent wallpapering improved the resale value of the house.
